Artist Irina Trikisha, in her series “The Religion of Color”, explores the symbolic manifestation of color in world religions. The author conducted research on symbols in Christian, Jewish, Islamist, Buddhist and pagan religions, created subjective pictorial images, interpreting the information received.
The artist paints using the “Tashism” technique, using her hands as a tool, excluding an intermediary in the form of a brush between herself and the canvas. She reflexively reflects her perception of each religion through the deep influence of color.
