All artworks for sale are located at the artists residences. You can check the artist’s place of residence on his profile page. This information must be taken into account before placing an order, since the delivery time directly depends on the location of the author. If you need a painting urgently (for example, for a gift), we recommend that you choose and order works from artists living in Minsk. In this case, you’ll get your purchase much faster. To place an order on Artcenter.by, please follow these steps:

• 1. choose the artwork you like,
• 2. click the Add to cart button,
• 3. indicate your contact information,
• 4. choose a suitable payment method,
• 5. click the Checkout button.

After checkout, our manager will contact you to confirm the order.

Payment methods

Cash

You may pay in cash upon receipt of goods in the following cases:

• 1. Delivery of your artwork by courier in Minsk;
• 2. Pickup from our office at st. Platonova, 20B, building 3, room 607 (metro station Yakub Kolas Square)., Minsk;

Upon receipt of the goods, we guarantee the issuance of a check or at your request a copy of the check.

“Raschet” System (ERIP)

You can pay for the goods of Artcenter.by through the “Raschet” system (ERIP), in any place, time or banking service point convenient for you such as Internet or mobile banking, info kiosk, cash desk of banks, ATM, etc. You can make a payment using cash, electronic money and bank cards at any bank agency that accepts payments, as well as through remote banking tools.

To make a payment, please follow these steps:

• 2. To pay the goods enter the order number that you’ve received on the site

If you make a payment at the bank’s cash desk, please inform the cashier that you would like to pay via “Raschet” system (ERIP)

Bank card

We accept payments by the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, UnionPay, Belkart. Bank card payments are made through bePaid electronic payment system. The bePaid payment page meets all data transfer security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored encrypted and highly resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that ensures secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/ TLS).

• 1. After clicking the Checkout button, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system.
• 2. The payment page will show the order number and the payment amount. Please enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the Pay button.
• 3. If your card supports 3D Secure technology, the system will ask you to go through the standard one-time verification procedure for the card holder on your bank’s page.

Please note that after the payment is made, the confirmation will be sent to your email address. We ask you to save your payment data.

Instalment cards: Belgazprombank’s “Karta pokupok”, MTBank’s “Halva” and BPS-Sberbank’s “FUN Card”.

Instalment period for Belgazprombank’s “Kapta pokupok” – 3 months, “Halva card” – 2 months, BPS-Sberbank’s “FUN card” – 3 months:

• 1. After clicking the Checkout button, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system.
• The payment page will show the order number and the payment amount. Please enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the Pay button.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is the ability to pay for an order at a post office at the time of receipt. In this case, the payment is collected at delivery, and is then sent by postal money order to our address. Fee for sending a postal money order is from 3% to 0.5% of the transfer amount pursuant to Belpochta tariffs for legal entities. The shipping cost also includes a declared value, which is 3.6% of the declared value of the order. To receive your order:

• 1. Present your passport and a notice of arrival at the post office Belpochta.

After payment, our manager will contact you to clarify delivery details.

Delivery

Since all artworks sold on Artcenter are sent directly by artists, delivery terms may vary.

Delivery by mail to Russia and worldwide

We will ship your work to any country in the world. This type of delivery is possible only if an artwork is paid by a bank card on the site. Each order is processed individually. Delivery time is 25-45 days.

The order is shipped to the client by Belpochta delivery service in the form of written correspondence.

The cost is calculated according to the following formula: 1.3 BYN per parcel (weighing up to 20 grams) plus 1.5 BYN for packaging and materials plus 5.35 BYN (regardless of weight) for additional processing of letter-post items plus VAT 20% of the amount received pursuant to Belpochta tariffs.

Prices depending on the weight of the parcel:

• 50 g = 10,26 BYN
• 100 g = 11,34 BYN
• 250 g = 14,10 BYN
• 500 g = 19,68 BYN
• 1000 g = 29,29 BYN
• 2000 g = 49,50 BYN
• 3000 g = 64,50 BYN
• 4000 g = 79,50 BYN
• 5000 g = 94,50 BYN

After we ship the order, you will receive an e-mail with the parcel number, so that you can track the movement of the parcel on Belpochta website. Upon receipt of the order at the post office, you will receive a notice of arrival at your address. To receive the parcel, please present an identity document (passport or driving license) and a notice of arrival.

Delivery to Russia and worldwide by EMS

We will ship your work to any country in the world. This type of delivery is possible only if an artwork is paid by a bank card on the site. Each order is processed individually. Delivery time is 3-14 days.

The order is shipped to the client by EMS, Belpochta delivery service (International Express Mail).

The cost is pursuant to Belpochta tariffs and starts from 50 BYN.

After we ship the order, you will receive an e-mail with the parcel number, so that you can track the movement of the parcel on Belpochta website. Upon receipt of the order at the post office, you will receive a notice of arrival at your address. To receive the parcel, please present an identity document (passport or driving license) and a notice of arrival.

The delivery cost indicated on Artcenter.by is preliminary. Therefore, our manager will contact you and inform of the final cost of delivery after processing the order.

We are also ready to calculate the cost of delivery by CDEK, TNT Express.
