If you have any questions regarding the authenticity of a particular work, please contact us at [email protected] before purchasing, so that we could contact the author regarding the attribution of the work. Please note that the author’s signature on any original work of art is entirely at the discretion of the artist.
Artcenter.by is always ready to cooperate with its customers. We will consider each case individually and will do our best to resolve the issues that arose in the while exhibiting an artwork. You will find the rules for exhibiting various types of works by following the active link.
We are very scrupulous about packaging and delivery of artworks and try to prevent all possible damage. However, if you find any defects in the purchase delivered to you, we will try our best to restore or replace the work. Please contact us within 14 days from the date you received the goods. You may let us know about the issue in the following ways:
1. Log in to your Artcenter account, go to the Orders page, and click Return or Replace artwork button next to the artwork you want to return. Please note that this button is visible only if the order is still within the 14-day return period. As soon as we receive your request, our team will process it and contact you within 3 business days;
2. Use the online manager in the lower right corner of your screen, or contact information at the bottom of the site.
If the damage is assessed as significant, we will replace the goods, or refund your money and provide all instructions and relevant documentation by e-mail within 3 business days.
