Bipolar world

The bipolar world, capitalism and socialism, transition and unification. It is difficult to say today which of the two trends — towards bipolarity or polycentrism — will prevail; they may be combined. For example, there is a rigid bipolarity in the global North, and polycentrism in the global South. Bipolarity is already visible in the north: military, economic and technological.
