Doge Pazzas St. Brand

This work is impressed by the 17th century Venetian culture. The frame is also chosen in the spirit of the era. The painting depicts a Venetian Doge. Dressed in 17th century fashion, his robes are flipped with ruby, blue and emerald highlights. The portrait of the wise doge is supported by an organic, blistering Venetian landscape with its daily life, strewn with streets, canals, baroque architecture and handols. The portrait and the city is illuminated by golden sunlight, which adds riches to the overall color of the painting. My portrait reflects the state of the era I wanted to convey.
