Encierro is a bull race. The Spanish town of Pamplona, where, according to a long tradition, Spanish brave men run along the streets of the town with bulls. In the picture, the shape of the streets symbolizes a bull. The energy of passion, unbridled courage and bulls' rage spills through the narrow streets. The view of the city from above is reminiscent of newspapers that are full of news about the race. The ends of the canvas are painted to match the picture; a frame is not required, but possible.
