Being immersed in anxiety, when our fears and anxieties are reinforced by a relentless stream of news, others' opinions, and stories, it becomes difficult to distinguish truth from lies, facts from manipulation, black from white. To recognize our own bias, we need to scale down the “image”. Helicopter view (eng. “helicopter view”) is the ability to pull away, to be less emotionally involved to see the big picture, a different point of view. When looking for answers, it is important to question every apparent truth, especially when trying to convey this “truth” to others.
