This dry pastel is one of a series of works based on experiences from a trip to Iceland. The church in Thingvellir National Park is one of the oldest churches in Iceland. But the focus is on the banks of the river that runs through the park: soft, rounded, covered with dry, bleached grass.
The work was shown at a personal exhibition in Iceland (Hveragerdi) in 2025.
Decorated in a wooden frame with a mat, the coating is plastic (due to the peculiarities of transporting work abroad). If desired, plastic can be replaced with glass/anti-glare glass in a framing workshop. The size in the frame is 44*58 cm
