The death of the artist's father was a serious injury. Memory has blocked many memories. Almost none of the things are gone anymore. But the family still has paintings. And this is what grandchildren see. This is a common part of their everyday life. Based on them and stories, grandchildren form their image of a grandfather they did not see.
15 years, each of the 5660 days covers memories with a thin veil. Details are lost, moments are forgotten, things deteriorate. And paintings remain in touch through generations, from father to daughter, from grandfather to grandchildren.
The installation includes 3 works: the artist's father, her art object and her son's painting based on her grandfather's work
