The Milky Way. A herd of cows grazing in a sun-drenched meadow slowly moves from one side of the picture to the other. Randomly scattered spots on animal bodies and repetitive movements of figures create a bizarre pattern on a contrasting uniform field. I saw this motive during one of my country walks. I was amazed at the feeling of peace and tranquility that came from contemplating a long colorful ribbon of animals slowly flowing across the endless field. It was as if she was covering or embracing this land with endless serenity.
