The Nemigi district is very interesting in its location. Nemiga is one of the oldest streets in Minsk, built in the 12th century near Minsk Castle. In the 1960s and 1970s, the reconstruction of the street began in the style of Soviet modernism, as a result of which most of the historical buildings were demolished, the street was straightened and expanded, and a long residential building and a shopping center were built on the even side.
