The work was made using the “mosaic” technique of colored and irized stained glass, based on Picasso's painting of the same name “Harlequin and His Girlfriend”. It is part of the series “Modernism. Reflection in glass”, was exhibited at the artist's personal exhibition of the same name in Moscow.
Inspired by the “Light and Space” direction, the author decomposes the structure of light and color, using materials that reflect and refract color.
