Natural Echo

The Natural Echo sculpture is a study of the endless interaction and dialectical relationship between the natural and the artificial. The dynamics of the composition reflect the idea of movement and change inherent in every stage of life. The use of pottery and wood symbolizes two different aspects of life: wood, with its organic warmth and natural lines, evokes life, hope and rebirth. Ceramics, in turn, are the result of human labor, eternity and impermanence, as well as fragility.
