Sanctuary

In 1678, Yevstafiy Tyshkevich, a representative of the Belarusian magnate family, founded in D. Vistychi, Brest District, is a monastery of the Cistercian Order. After a fire in 1748, the monastery was restored. To this day, only the church of the entire monastery complex has survived, which was re-consecrated in 1866 as an Orthodox church and named Holy Cross Church. It is an architectural monument. The Church is included in the State List of Historical and Cultural Values of the Republic of Belarus.
