Interlacing

The “Weave” dress is inspired by the designs of straw spiders, which are part of the traditional culture of Belarusians; they were a talisman where misfortunes and illnesses were entangled. Red has long been used in ornaments and embroideries as a symbol of the sun and life, and has also been endowed with protective properties. In the modern world, we are increasingly choosing clothes that we “hide” in and protect ourselves from the outside world. Intertwined with tradition, the dress is an attempt to bring the image of a traditional image of a charm against negative energy into modern clothing design.
