The painting in the “1+1” series was created jointly by two artists Zhanna Klimovich and Sergei Rysakov. The artists chose the painting as a symbol of classical, permanence, the world changing, and people's feelings are unchanged from generation to generation. The artists added a modern sound to the classical form, adding a street voice encased in typical wall inscriptions. The painting reveals the theme of feelings, love, so complex and incomprehensible, hence decision to use uneven texture.Sometimes couples come to a rift in relationships, this canvas attempt to understand whether to stitch a relationship or better leave a hole.
