By not addressing some parts of ourselves, both physical and mental, we atrophy them. The artist Nadezhda Khmyl offers the viewer a simple exercise: to start using an inactive hand (left hand for right-handed people and right hand for left-handed people) in everyday life, to learn writing or drawing for her.
The artist drew her right skull with her left hand and her left with her right hand.
