The painting “Positive Unequal Marriage” from the Positive Art series.
This episode is inspired by news from Moscow in early 2023, when a visitor to the Tretyakov Gallery complained that paintings posted in the gallery, especially from the twentieth century, made him “deeply pessimistic, a feeling of emptiness and hopelessness.”
I decided to fix the situation and make famous paintings more fun, thus raising a question for everyone:
“SHOULD ART ONLY BRING JOY, LIGHT AND POSITIVITY?”
