«Уплыў»

“Sail away” is a study of the balance between the ocean and human activity. The tapestry made of black plastic bags imitates the flesh of water saturated with oil spills and plastic, the woven net resembles fishing gear in which sea creatures get entangled, and ropes and spoons become symbols of resource extraction. The work reflects the complex relationship between man and nature.
