Yggdrasil is a gigantic ash tree in Scandinavian mythology. Hugin and Munin, two crows of Odin, are sitting on its branches. They are surrounded by 9 worlds enclosed in spheres. A pair of ravens fly around the world Midgard and inform God Odin about what is happening. In ancient Icelandic, Huginn means “thinking”, and Muninn means “remembering.”
