The plot of the work is in its poetic title. Haiku is a traditional Japanese three-line poem, in this case, about love and death. The aesthetics of the Eastern world feel in the broadcast world of contemplation, love of nature and dedication. The girl quietly accepts death as a defeated warrior, as life without a loved one is not conceivable for her. Dying, it becomes part of a great tradition, eternal nature, autumn, painting the leaves blood-red. Lithograph “Red Leaves. Autumn. He's gone” is in the collection of the RB National Art Museum.
