Hope. Fish flying into the light.

The film is addictive and attracts the viewer to follow the light along with the fish. In this work, the artist visualizes his sense of hope. Thoughts, dreams, all our aspirations in the form of ghostly fish rush upward, from the depths of the sea, into the future and into the light. Will they reach it or dissolve in water? The author chose a blue background color to directly associate with the sea depth, as well as to add a sense of calm and tranquility. Color is not consciously added to the fish pattern, which emphasizes their ghostly and fragility. The painting is made with acrylic paints and markers on cotton canvas.
