The work can be viewed from several angles. For example: - how the comfort zone minimizes human biological needs (we spend most of our time in bed, on the toilet, or eating). - Or an escape from reality depending on it. Such as bulimia (where a person independent of bulimia has a bed, there is a toilet for a bulimic). The picture reflects the absurdity of that very “comfort”. Even the most uncomfortable things can become comfortable.
