The Last Supper. This painting is largely solved symbolically, approaching in this icon. Bread, or Holy Communion, is figuratively present in the form of a round table inscribed into a square format—the circle inscribed in a square is a Christian symbol of the unity of heaven and earth, the world of the mountain and the world a dolny.
