This graphic drawing of “Girl and Music” was inspired by music, namely by Greek composer Vangelis's “Hymn” by harpist Nancy Enslin, and by a very ancient image on an ancient Greek ceramic vessel that archaeologists discovered when they put the shattered shards together. The combination of the heritage of the past and modern technologies turns this graphic work not only into a highly poetized miniature, but also into a high-tech work of graphic art that fits seamlessly into contemporary art.
