This work was inspired by the image on a white kilic, which is kept at the National Archaeological Museum in Athens. The theme here was the myth of young Leda being seduced by Zeus. He appeared to Leda in the form of a snow-white swan and won her over with gentle caresses. After this meeting, she laid an egg, from which, according to one version, Elena Prekrasnaya was born, who became the legendary cause of the ten-year Trojan War. The combination of the heritage of the past and modern technologies turns this graphic work into a highly poetized miniature that is organic to modern art.
